[arm-allstar] removing squelch crash with the SA818

OK understand. Well this should be supplied by those manufacturers using
the SA818 since it is a hardware issue. I believe the clearnode and others
use that module. Those manufacturers should supply code for their product
and if they want to share it for distribution in our code we could do that.
The sa818 programming code at our site is old (probably 3-4 years).
