[arm-allstar] removing squelch crash with the SA818

I tried to add this to the existing 818-prog Python script. Maybe 
someone who is smarter than me can look at this and see what I did wrong.

Here is some output from the script. The commands it's supposedly 
sending look OK, but clearly there is something else going on.

Sending Freq Information...
     Error, invalid information (+DMOSETGROUP:1). Check input format..
  Command Sent:
         AT+DMOSETGROUP=1,439.050,439.050,0004,1,0004

I don't have one of these modules to test with, so I remoted into a 
friend's node.
