[arm-allstar] File Not Playing Globally

Got it.
Node 1085 is set to duplex = 0
Node 40105 is set to duplex = 1
The reason why we set node 1085 to duplex = 0 is because it's connected to
a CAT800 on port 2, as it was suggested in the rpt.conf file to set it to
duplex=0.
Anyway we can set node 1085 to duplex=1 but have it connected full time to
a CAT800 repeater controller. If not, we have a work around, which isn't
that big deal. Just was making sure I wasn't doing something wrong.
