[arm-allstar] File Not Playing Globally

Kyle,

What are the rpt.conf duplex settings on these nodes?? I'm guessing 
node 1085 and/or 40105 are set duplex=0.

To propagate a playback message, the originating and all relaying nodes 
must not be set duplex=0.  The final endpoints can be duplex=0.

So, for example, doing a playback from node 1085:

1085  (not duplex=0)
 |
 |
 V
40105 (not duplex=0)
 |
 |
 V
48370 (duplex=0 okay)
