[arm-allstar] File Not Playing Globally

I have this line in a script I call via DTMF.

/usr/bin/asterisk -rx "rpt playback 1085 /tmp/newsline/newsline"

When executing this script from node 1085, the newsline file plays locally
on 1085, but does not play on any other nodes connected.  I was under the
assumption "playback" was for global playback and localplay was for only
playing locally?  Is there an attribute I'm missing?

There are two other nodes connected, three nodes total.  All are connected
via transceive.
