[arm-allstar] Zoiper and DVswitch mobile get kicked out

Hi David,
Thanks for the quick response.
It works with Zoiper on a PC as this version supports the caller number.
On Zopier for iPhone, caller number isn’t an option.
Looking at the extensions.conf file, there is a comment in the phone-iaxrpt stanza, that if your application doesn’t support caller ID, you should replace it with a fixed text. However this didn’t work and kicked my connection immediately.
