[arm-allstar] Using Putty Problems at the Start

If you had a node already at .106 then your router would not hand out the
same ip to the new node.

If you can login to your router you should be able to find which ip it has
handed out to the new node.

If you have a transmitter connected to the new node it will announce the IP
address.  You could also plug in a usb fob and connect  an earphone to the
usb fob and you should hear the IP address.
