[arm-allstar] audio on the cdm1250

Jed,

You've likely got the cmd1250 setup for "flat" audio. Try turning on 
pre-emphasis in simpleusb-tune-menu. Note that you can do this real-time, 
even while transmitting. You can try turning on/off and listen to the 
difference.
