[arm-allstar] Failure to connect to another node out bound (Node 50487)

Hi Just got a yellow box and setting it up.  DTMF works well but I cannot
connect to other nodes or my other nodes.  I checked using the following

and every thing seems ok but still cannot connect???  Any ideas would be
great appreciated.  Thanks.  WA2WWK  Ron
