[arm-allstar] Help with Motorola GM300 CTCSS

Rachid,

  I am not sure where you stand on programming the gm300. I just wanted you
to be aware you can program it using the Pi as per the howto at hamvoip.org

But you must use only an FTDI USB to serial interface as specified in the
howto with the Motorola programming cable.
