[arm-allstar] USBRadio - Save Settings

I no longer use USBradio** - better audio quality with simpleUSB in my experience, but that said, here is what is in my old/abandoned usbradio_tune_usbXXXXX.conf file (XXXXX being the node number).

** I was experiencing audio inconsistencies, gaps. drops, and moving to simpleUSB fixed it for me.

Have two questions but main one is around USBRadio Tune Menu.  When
selecting 2) Auto-Detect Rx Noise Level Value (with no carrier) the option
works and sets the correct value until another menu selection is made or
until AllStar restarts.

Here is the returning message that says ERROR: RX INPUT ADJUST FAILED.

I am using the latest version of HamVoIp.

A. Where should the settings be saved? or where can I find the setting that
is temporarily applied?
B. Should their be an entry in /etc/asterisk/usbradio_tune_usb23702 for
sqnoise or something similar to set and maintain the value?
C.Last question is I updated via the Admin Menu List by selecting 1 Perform
a system UPDATE.  Through the process I observed errors but they scrolled
by so fast could not comprehend them.  Where can I find a log or view the
errors that presented during the update?
