[arm-allstar] USBRadio - Save Settings

Hi Brad,

I haven't run usbradio in a while, but I'll try to help.

The problem is that you're not able to get enough discriminator noise for
usbradio to configure properly. What type radio are you connecting to? Are
you connected to the discriminator audio output?

The usbradio driver may have issues with some newer sound fobs---what type
of fob are you using??

Also, you can perform usbradio setup directly from the Asterisk CLI. For
example:

hamvoip-kb4fxc*CLI> radio active
Active (command) USB Radio device is [usb1798]
hamvoip-kb4fxc*CLI> radio tune save
Saved radio tuning settings to usbradio_tune_usb1798.conf

...Check out all the "radio" commands available in the CLI.

The logs related to pacman updates are in the file: /var/log/pacman.log
Note that /var/log is a temporary filesystem --- it gets erased whenever
you reboot.
