[arm-allstar] DTMF tones not decoded properly

Doug,

  Thanks for the quick response. When you ask  "which radio am I using" and
that "pre-emphasis and de-emphasis should be disabled" Are you talking
about the node radio connected to the URI/RPi or the HT I'm using to talk
to the node and issue DTMF commands. With regard to the UV-82 radio, I
modified it and connected it to the URI as shown in the Hamvoip tutorial
shown here: https://hamvoip.org/hamradio/UV82_mod It was a lightly used
radio that I've had for a few years. I wiped the codeplug and created one
channel with the appropriate UHF simplex frequency and CTCSS tone. I made
no other adjustments in the codeplug. (On that thought, I don't remember if
I confirmed wideband operation.) Is the de/pre-emphasis adjustments you
mention on the RPi setup menu or an adjustment made to a codeplug?
