[arm-allstar] DTMF tones not decoded properly

Brian,

 If you modified it as per the instructions  you would use pre and
ds-emphasis disabled which is the default. This is in the
simpleusb-tune-menu not in the radio. There is nothing for that there. You
do need to be in wideband FM mode.
