[arm-allstar] DTMF tones not decoded properly

Brian,

 The problems you are seeing are almost always a level or equalization
issue. Make sure your RX level is correct - item 2 on the
simpleusb-tune-menu. It should go to 5khz on peaks. Also for the radio you
are using you should have pre and de-emphasis disabled. There are not other
adjustments that would effect it. Some radios have differing DTMF levels.
If you can try another radio. How is your UV82 interfaced? to the DMK?
