[arm-allstar] Echolink Cannot Find DB entry

Hi Tim,

Do you have multiple echolink devices behind a single IP address (that 
won't work, of course)??

I'm not seeing a lookup for WD6AWP, but I do see WD6AWP-L and it's the 
same IP address as Doug saw, below:

ILM145-41*CLI> echolink dbget c WD6AWP-L
520439|WD6AWP-L|47.157.250.110

Otherwise, echolink is working fine for me from my smartphone. If you're 
connecting from a smartphone client, try "relay" mode.

Also, as Doug mentioned, the "Cannot find DB entry" message is common 
chan_echolink behavior when the connecting client has just come on-line.
