[arm-allstar] Echolink Cannot Find DB entry

Tim,

I suspect these Echolink users are phone or devices coming on line and
expecting immediate connections. Dave made a change in the Echolink channel
driver to correct this problem but in many cases it is not immediate. It
requires a period of time before it can connect but at least it does the
process more gracefully than it did before. I looked you up and you are
there at the moment -

CLI> echolink dbget c WD6AWP
119357|WD6AWP|47.157.250.110
