Rachid,
I really do not recommend using vox to activate COS as it can cause
problems. You need to go into the simpleusb-tune-menu and select the V
option. There you will see a display of the COS INPUT. When you key the
radio you are talking to your node with it should show KEYED and otherwise
CLEAR. If it is not showing KEYED when you PTT and speak then your VOX
circuit is not working properly. If it show the opposite - CLEAR when the
radio is keyed and talking then the setting of item J is wrong. It can
either be USB or USBINVERT depending on what the COS or VOX circuit is
sending. If it is going low on keyed then you would use USBINVERT, if it is
going high on keyed you would use USB.
