[arm-allstar] remote node connect OK; using local repeater freq. has problems

Tony,

 Connecting a simplex node to a repeater is a special case and unless you
get with the repeater operator and have the PL from the repeater follow the
input not the output you will always have the problem of the repeater
keeping you keyed up. There is nothing you can do about that unless you
tell users of the repeater to let it drop completely to allow you in. Most
of the time repeaters stay keyed between transmissions depending on the
hangtime of the repeater. There isn't anything you can do about that at
your end. They have to be aware that certain users are coming in on Allstar
and let the repeater completely drop to allow them in.

To stop your telemetry and courtesy tone from going out over the repeater
you can set you duplex=0  which turns off all telemetry including
connect/disconnect messages. If you just want to eliminate the courtesy
tone then set nounkeyct=1
