[arm-allstar] Replaced Repeater Controller/ Node with new Pi 3B+

Hello all, it’s been a while. I replaced my Pi 3B+ with a brand new 3B+. Of course that changed my IP address. (what a pain!) I went thru all the changes I had to make and everything seems to be working just fine except for my autopatch. Here is the CLI printout I get when I try to make a call…
