[arm-allstar] dual node using Zoiper

When you open Zoiper (after account setup) you call the node ID you want to
connect to. (The account you setup established a connection to the node for
access, but you then have to tell it what node number to access)
Once connected, you either send DTMF tones to control the node or simply
start speaking to a current connection.
