[arm-allstar] IRLP help

Long story short. IRLP has been running on my HamVoip node for several
months without one single issue.It has been a proven link to a local
repeater. I rebooted the node 2 weeks back and it IRLP would not restart. I
finally started all over again, fresh HAMVOIP and reinstall IRLP. For some
unknown to me reason, IRLP will not work now. My node is offline and I have
checked everything over numerous times! Looking for some input?
