Kevin,
I do not run IRLP but we can certainly attempt to help. As far as I know
no one else has reported an issue. I think to troubleshoot we would need
more information like exactly what it is that does not work, any error
messages, log data or other clues? Given what you said it sounds like a
port forwarding or authentication issue with IRLP rather than a SW issue
but without more info it would be hard to determine.
