[arm-allstar] Linking repeaters with Allstar

All, I am helping a neighboring club add Allstar to their repeaters,
primarily to link their two 2 meter machines but also enable to link to our
club's repeater for their net. Both of their repeaters use CAT 200 and CAT
250 controllers connected to Yaesu repeaters, and we will probably be using
RIM-Lite's as we use one already on our club repeater.

Initially, we will be setting up a public node on Repeater 1 using a
temporary internet connection. Once I have the configuration and wiring
correct on that one then we will establish a point-to-point link between
Repeater 1 and Repeater 2, set up a second node on Repeater 2 (the primary
use repeater) and connect it permanently as a Local node. Eventually, they
would like to connect through the internet to a third 70cm machine located
in town, that way all three repeaters are connected.

Would anyone have any suggestions on the best way to set these up, as well
as any suggestions for wiring a RIM Lite to the CAT 200/250 controllers? I
have yet to find suitable instructions, wiring itself should be easy but as
far as the settings I'm not entirely sure.

Any advice appreciated. You can also e-mail me off-list at kn4imu (at)
gmail.com if you wish to help me directly.
