[arm-allstar] Cross Band Repeater with DMK URI Possible?

Sure, that'll work fine, but, it'll require 2 URI's. Setup each node as a
simplex node (duplex=1) and then link both nodes together.
Obviously watch out for TX duty cycle on either radio.
