[arm-allstar] Cross Band Repeater with DMK URI Possible?

Our club and area hams provide bike event support in September for a
150mile, 2 day 1500 bike fundraiser.

One of the longer routes on Sunday requires us to use 2m to a centrally
located school for the SAG vans and rest stops and then a 70cm yagi link
back to net control at the area college so we don't step on any of the
remaining 2m simplex frequencies.

I have a couple of old ICOM radios with external pin outs here I can throw
together.

Would AllStar have the capability with full duplex mode to configure it for
a full cross band repeater with a 2m and 70cm radio?  In/out 70cm and
in/out 2m?
