[arm-allstar] Error Message

Hello everybody - I am another novice looking for answers.
Does anyone know what would cause this error message which is what my
friend and presumably anyone else gets when he/they try to connect to my
node (49893) ?

WARNING[377]: channel.c:2433 ast_indicate_data: Unable to handle indication
13 for 'IAX2/49.187.131.218:4569-4928'

I can connect to other nodes and I am on the Worldwide connections map. But
for some reason node 48253 Glenn VK4PK and I suspect others are unable to
connect to me Rick VK4HC 49893 - Albany Creek - QLD - Australia.

I'm wondering if something dropped off in the registration process ?
