There has been an update and addition of the following script files. Use
the admin menu item 1 to update.
allstar_ssh.sh and remote_command.sh -
allstar_ssh.sh <node> [port] - default port is 222
Connect to remote node and login
remote_command.sh <node> <command> [port] - default port is 222
Automatically Connect to remote node, login, execute the command and
logout,
remote_command.sh 40000 *81 - ssh to node 40000 port 222 and
execute the command *81 - say time
remote_command.sh 40000 *7340001 2323 - ssh to node 40000 port 2323
and connect it to node 40001
Added capability to these scripts to specify private nodes that are defined
by domain name. The name is defined in the route to the particular node in
the [nodes] stanza towards the end of rpt.conf
Added script
convert_audio.sh <inputfile.wav> [outputfile]
This script converts multi-formated input wav files to .ul files that can
be played by Asterisk/Allstar. It also give the capability to play the
files back for testing. Sound files can be created in Windows or any
capable computer and the resulting file would be passed to this converter.
This is a simple sox process but this script makes it easy to do when you
forget the sox syntax. Copy the wav file you want to convert file to a
convenient directory and run this script from that directory. The input
file is required and must be a wav file. The output file name becomes the
input filename.ul unless you specify a different second parameter output
file name. The .ul is appended so just specify the file name for output.
