[arm-allstar] AUTOSKY Severe Weather announcements have last syllable cut off

Rick,
It would be easy enough to add that in the software. I am not hearing that
here and nothing has changed that would cause it. Not sure if it would
cause that problem but do you have the rxaudiodelay set to some high number
in simpleusb-tune-menu?
