1. Does anyone know if there's a way to get round this error message please

2. Is there anyway that we can influence which server we end up on ? My
friend and i are within 30km of each other and we end up on 2 different
servers 106. and 49. - I was wondering if we were on the same one would the
auto congest be less likely to occur.
