[arm-allstar] Echolink "Un-authorized" connection messages

The only thing I can tell you at this point is come on line and wait a
minute or two or maybe more to connect. You know we use to have to wait up
to 15 minutes or more to do Allstar connects until we introduced DNS lookup
and Hamvoip registration and non Hamvoip user still have that wait. You
also can use an Allstar method to connect rather than Echolink.
