[arm-allstar] Registering troubleshooting

Roger,

Node 48361 isn't in the ASL nodelist, I just looked.  MANY other nodes (a 
lot of them are micro-node devices) aren't showing up, either.

Please privately e-mail me a list of you public nodes, and I'll get you 
HamVoIP registration statements right away.
