[arm-allstar] Registering troubleshooting

I have node 48361 that does not register properly after many hours of run time
dns-query returns -ER|NOT FOUND
iax.conf
 register => 48361:(pswd)@register.allstarlink.org

rpt.conf 
 statpost_program=/usr/bin/wget,-q,--timeout=15,--tries=1,--output-document=/dev/null

 statpost_url=http://stats.allstarlink.org/uhandler.php
What am I missing?
I need some kind of troubleshooting steps
