[arm-allstar] help with private node setup

I used node-config.sh
node number 1111
here is what I have in conf files

extensions.conf

[radio-secure]
exten => 1111,1,rpt,1111

iax.conf
[general]
bindport=4568
bindaddr=0.0.0.0

rpt.conf

node_lookup_method=local

47862 = radio at 192.168.1.54:4570/47862,NONE ; this is he node to lookup

when I do a lookup I get

AllStar Node Number Search for: "47862"  ---------------------------------------

....Nothing Found....


Can someone help me
