[arm-allstar] RIM-Lite no longer keying RC-210 controller

All, after working fine (even as late as this morning) all of a sudden our
node is no longer transmitting correctly. (Using a RIM-Lite on an RC210).
The controller is seeing COS, but is not activating PTT. When talking on
the repeater, the interface is receiving the transmission just fine.. but
no matter what, the interface is no longer transmitting to the repeater.
Port linking is enabled (Port 1 (repeater) to Port 3 (RIM)), Port 3 Rx and
Tx both on, Port 3 set for COS only for transmit, no CTCSS.. literally
nothing has changed, and no amount of rebooting the node will fix the
problem.

When I do reboot, the PTT light will come on for a couple seconds, go off,
then the CTCSS light comes on for a couple settings, then go back off, and
it will sit off until traffic is received. When I connect to a node via
Supermon or when that node is talking, the COS light is activating, but not
PTT. I've tried switching to Port 2 with the same settings, and the same
thing happens.

I feel like the fault is in the controller, although literally NOTHING has
changed and it has been working fine for the past couple of weeks. Any idea
what the problem could be?
