[arm-allstar] iaxRpt and DVswitch mobile - disconnect from one way audio

Igor,

In iaxRpt and DVSwitch mobile, make sure the callerid name field is set 
to your callsign and the callerid number field is set to 0  (zero).
That should fix the disconnect issue.
