[arm-allstar] Linking AllStar with SvxLink

I guess I still don't understand why you need all this at the site. All you
need there is an Allstar node connected to another Allstar node via hotspot
at another site where you have real Internet where all the connections
could be made. Someone in the club's house for instance. It could even be a
full duplex RF link from the repeater to the site where all the echolink,
Allstar, whatever connections take place.
