[arm-allstar] Linking AllStar with SvxLink

I get what you’re saying Doug.. but for whatever reason the Direct Connect
method does not like allowing connections sometimes, I get an Un-authorized
message the first time I try to connect sometimes, and I use a home proxy.
Not sure why it denies the first time sometimes.
