[arm-allstar] In/Out connection problem w/BetaDNS

Jud,

 A server must be registered in order to connect in the public Allstar
system. If you run check_reg.sh and it does not show registered then it is
not going to work. If this is the case and turning your node off for 15
minutes then back on and it still does not register get back to me
privately with your node number and IAX port for that node and we can issue
you a hamvoip registration line.

/if you are trying to connect between nodes on different servers on the
same LAN and it is not working you probably need to put routing information
in the rpt.conf files of both nodes with the local IP address and IAX port
of the other server.  See the howto for multiple servers on one LAN at the
hamvoip.org website for more information.
