Yes, I got the same explanation from Steve Ford. I asked if the ARRL and
Bluberry URL's were going to both remain and I have not heard back yet. For
now the ARRL URL seems to be the better choice. Not sure why they host it
in two places. If you change to the ARRL URL be sure to keep the pold one
in the playnews.ini file. Just comment it out.
