[arm-allstar] Echolink Connections

I think I’ve asked this question before and had it explained to me but have forgotten the answer.  Why can Echolink repeaters, links and individuals (on PC’s or cell phones) connect to my Allstar node through my Echolink connection but I can only connect to Echolink repeaters from my node?  I’ve checked the Echolink database to see if the links and individuals show up and they do.
