[arm-allstar] Newlines and EchoLink

LLoyd,

I finally got around to testing this. Here is what I did.

I had an Allstar user connect to my hub via Echolink. He was also connected
via Allstar so he could hear both. At my end I played a global sound in the
client

rpt playback <node> /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/zip-code

He Heard the result on both Allstar and Echolink at his end so I am not
sure what your problem could be. I suggest you check this rather than
depending on someone else's input if that is the case. I know of no setting
that would stop that global output from happening other than turning off
telemetry with duplex=0.

The only difference here is that my Echolink is on a separate node on the
same server and obviously the nodes are connected. Global telemetry output
should go to all connected nodes.
