[arm-allstar] AutoSky update

A minor update went out this morning to correct a problem in AutoSky. When
more then one node on a server was defined in the AutoSky.ini file it did
not correctly say the "alerts on" or "alerts off" voice messages when it
was started or stopped. With this update it will now say this to all
defined nodes properly.

Use the Admin menu item 1 to perform this update if you are using AutoSky.
