[arm-allstar] Courtesy Tones question

Greetings,

I set up a simplex AllStar node (Asterisk, RPi 3, DMK-URI) and content with
the setup EXCEPT for 1 thing I would like to mute.

If  I connect to another Node and there is no one talking and it sits
idle I get a single beep that seems like it the system reminding me I am
connected to another node, say every few minutes.  This is the same tone if
someone bumps the microphone. How can I silence this if possible?  I've
looked through the rpt.conf a number of times but not familiar with the
functions enough, etc

If the Node is NOT connected to any other node it broadcasts my ID at the
10 minute intervals but not the single beep tone,
