[arm-allstar] Kenwood TH-D74 DTMF troubles

Not owning a TH-D74, check to see if the HT mic remains live when sending DTMF. A few other radios have that issue making the speaker to mic audio coupling problematic. Try turning the HT RX volume down to see if decode begins working. Is your D74 in a dual band mode and those that are working in single band mode (or vice versa)?

I do have several TH-F6’s.
