[arm-allstar] Supermon Connection

This has been happening off and on since the Supermon update. I can not reach my node via Supermon sometimes. Normally I just boot the node and it connects. Been out of town and have not used this node for a few days. Today it will not connect via Supermon. As a work around I used SSH  and connected to my desired node. The following is what I get:

Is unreachableCheck connectionErr_connection_refused
Has anyone see this or have a recommendation?
