[arm-allstar] Supermon Connection

David,
This looks like an actual connection problem to the web server in your
Allstar server. Try just going to the web server test page -
If this is a local connection - on your LAN - just put the IP address of
the asterisk server in your browser address bar. You should get this -
THIS IS A TEST !
If you see this the web server is working.
Supermon is just another page on your server.
