[arm-allstar] System staying keyed up

I just marked this down as a known issue and will have to remember to key
and unkey every time I connect with it. It happens without me keying at
all. I just login with the app. Right now it is a means to an end for
me.When I get my tower put up I will be able to access my repeater from a
radio at work.
