[arm-allstar] System staying keyed up

Hi Robert,
Interesting that just logging in (I assume with iaxrpt?) causes the
AllStar system to key up and stay keyed. That's not a behavior I've heard
reported; not sure what might be going on there.
Remind me what type of radio config you've got for AllStar and the duplex=
mode in rpt.conf?
And, it's worth testing with a pseudo-node setup, too, and make sure that
stays keyed as well.
