[arm-allstar] Connecting to Supermon over Wifi or Cellular

Finally had time to figure out why I was having the problems connecting to Supermon over Wifi and Cellular.  I was using Firefox browser and they made a change that will not let me connect to a non-secure site.  At least I haven’t figured out yet how to make an exception.  Supermon working okay now using different browsers.
